IME each zone is worth 6-8 levels from questing alone, but there are a lot of quests that aren't required for the Loremaster achievement. Class-specific stuff: Azsuna has stuff for demon hunters and mages, Val'sharah is all druids all the time, Highmountain has hunter stuff, Stormheim has warrior and a little rogue stuff.ġ10-120: Take your pick of your faction's 3 leveling zones. Azsuna has hints at Azshara, which might tie in to patch 8.2. The main storyline of Stormheim is "cooler" and more "epic". Highmountain is required for the allied race, if you haven't unlocked them yet.
Val'sharah and Aszuna are probably shorter than the other two. IME you'll get to 110 after completing about 3 zones or so. You can choose any of the four leveling zones.
Lots of treasure-hunting addons will help with that.ġ00-110: Only option is Legion, of course. I assume that was why, and that it would be a problem for all the other zones, but can't speak from experience.) You have two options: quest but skip the last stage of each quest chain, or do minimal quests and focus on bonus objectives and treasure-hunting. (On my Dark Iron I found the Gorgrond scenario ridiculously hard. Worse, they each end in a scenario that seems to be screwed up by the level scaling. So even if you try you won't get the chance to finish more than two quest chains before outleveling the continent. I'll ignore them for now and focus on questing.ĩ0-100: The continent of Draenor is your only option, the zones unlock every two levels, and you could probably get 4-5 levels from each zone's full quest chain. I don't know how dungeons compare to questing these days.
